Who is Bonnie Brûlée?

Bonnie is a Chef, Blogger and Entrepreneur in food. 

Trained in French and Chinese cooking, she is passionate about flavours, and challenging the boundaries around cooking, eating and dining today.

Bonnie consults for restaurants and food products, but is best known for her cult supper club Full House, which she grew from her living room to 2,000 mailing list members, as a pop-up project for 12 months. It was featured in the Evening Standard, Glamour, The Stylist, and The Sunday Times.

She is a popular food blogger, writing about her passion for gourmet food and spotting new food trends and products.
